I bought this item from Amazon uk after a recommendation from my son, it arrived promptly in time but the inclosed instructions was in German although it is a straight forward installation but I still have few small items supplied and I don’t know what I suppose to do with them. Many product I have bought in the past which is supplied with multi lingual instructions leaflet, after contacting Amazon their expiation because the item was dispatched from Germany

Aquí mi resumen: - El producto si llegó a tiempo. - Materiales sin aceptables de acuerdo al precio. - El sistema retráctil de la manguera NO FUNCIONA. Al momento de retraer o enrollar ma manguera no funciona. - Pésima calidad, era el primer uso y no funcionó. Es una lástima que se ofrezcan productos con pésimo control de calidad. Que lleguen bajo pésimas condiciones al usuario y darte cuenta después de haber gastado tiempo en su instalación. NO LES RECOMIENDO COMPRAR ESTE PRODUCTO.

I like this item very much. We use it around the back yard and have it attached to the deck. It is primarily used by my wife who was using a large heavy duty hose real with a 5/8 hose that was heavy and difficult to reel up. This hose is very small and light weight. The auto return is a game changer but the best part is the 180 degree pivoting reel itself which has helped her water the plants around the pool deck. Note: the volume of water is reduced by the diameter of the hose (1/2 inch) but you don't need great pressure to water potted plants. Hopefully this will hold up to the elements, the hose may not and not sure if it can be replaced inside the pre-wound reel. One negative is the 4 lag bolts are steel which will rust in a salt air environment and do not hold up in pressure treated wood. I replaced them with stainless steel.
