So I had a Polaris, yeah that was dumb, like watching 1800 dollars get flushed. Never again. So you set this and forget it, come back and a 44ft pool is "generally" clean on 90 minutes. It does miss a couple spots, but that's on me this isnt rated for that large of pool, but it still works kidney shaped pool with stairs and a shelf. I waited a full season before writing this, so it has already paid for itself and then some.Tips, always full charge after use.Cons, no basket option for flocculent, you need your filter for this.Sometimes leaves tire mark, you need a stainless brush for these.Havent figured out how to make just do bottom and skip walls, so it cleans the entire pool if not needed.If it lasts a year it pays for itself many times over. If you have a pool, you need this item.

This vacuum is awesome and I like the run time which is about 2 1/2 hours in my pool. I love how it climbs the walls and cleans everything. When it goes up on my tanning ledge it knows its not enough water so it backs off and goes back into the pool and doesnt get stuck. I love being able to manage it on the app before putting it in the pool so can change modes.

Followed the charging directions to the letter straight out of the box. It seemed to only stay charged for about an hour but did a great job cleaning the pool. Then one day it would charge at all. Thought maybe it was the charger cord so I bought a new one ($50) and nothing. Reached out to Amazon where I purchased it from. Sorry can help you it’s outside of the 30 day return window… Contacted WHYBOT directly to see if I can get another unit because I really liked the performance of it even with a messed up charging system. I told them I would even pay to send the unit to them for review to prove I wasn’t lying. All I’m getting is the run around. So $500 down the tubes..Truth be told I was very happy with the performance of the unit even with the battery issues. But it just stopped working all together so I’m not bashing the product I am warning everyone about the lack of customer service and not standing behind the products you sell! We buy a lot of things from Amazon and they have always made things right so I am shocked they are letting this happen!Folks please be careful of some of the items you buy from Amazon and the vendors they use when it comes to expensive items or electronics you only have 30 days. After that sorry can’t help you…..

Extremely good product and reasonably priced. It gets the job done.

Charge it connect with your phone (app). Set the cleaning pattern and let her rip. Does a good job on those little oak seeds. Does a good job.

Extremely effective at cleaning sides and bottom of pool. Climbs to top of pool wall effortlessly and gets all debris from bottom. Runs approximately 2 hours on a charge and charges in about same amount of time. Easy to clean mesh debris basket catches very fine sand particles. Very, very satisfied with purchase.
