Great watch for young kids giving them some independence while also giving us parents some peace of mind! We got a cheap SIM card & popped it into the watch. The imoo app is relatively straightforward to setup & connect to the watch. We got this as our daughter is going to be walking to school on her own now & we can easily check on her location using the app which gives us a real-time & pretty accurate image of where she is on a satellite image map. She can call us, send us voice or video messages & take photos from the watch. As a parent we can call her like we would any other phone from our contacts or video call/message from within the app. She can only call numbers that we add through the app & we can connect other family members like grandparents through the app too to form family group chats which is nice. All in all a great device with lots of functionality. Brilliant as a go between before giving your child access to a smart phone & social media, while still being able to easily stay in contact & locate them.

Doesn’t work. Spent about 10 hours troubleshooting including trying to work through the instructions provided by the customer service. Take the SIM card out, connect it to only the phone hotspot, then it still doesn’t work. Put SIM card back in. Shows connected but won’t bind to app so can’t be used at all as the watch is basically useless without the app connected to it and keeps shouting, literally, that it only works when it’s bound. Now stuck paying for a data sim I can’t use. Comes with a flimsy plastic tool to take SIM card cover off, hard to use it so many times it broke the cover so now I’m stuck with a £100 watch that the return window has closed on that my son can’t use because silly me bought it too early for his birthday. Beware the reviews for the imoo app are much worse than the watch on here.

We usually get a solid two to three days of normal usage, which means I'm not scrambling to charge it every single night. That alone is worth the price. The Only Downside: It is a bit chunky! On her small wrist, it looks quite big, but she honestly doesn't seem to mind, and I guess that bulk is what makes it so durable.

Sometime back have bought Z1 for my son and I really liked it. Z7 is a good upgrade for my son. This watch has some features that are really useful for any parent. Excellent safety features - Anyone who is not in the contact list cannot make calls to child. No spam calls, no strangers’ calls... GPS location tracking is good and accurate (Z1 has better indoor GPS tracking) It has good battery life (Z1 has better life) Video calling is really good. It tracks the steps and informs how active was the day. It is very comfortable to wear. Pretty good camera. Parent's app has complete control on the watch. Touch screen is very responsive. What we love about Imoo watch: 1. Reliable GPS & Tracking: The GPS is accurate and the tracking range is impressive, giving us real peace of mind. 2. Excellent Parental Controls: The app is easy to use and gives us complete control, keeping everything in check. 3. Great Call & Camera Quality: The voice clarity during calls is very good, and the camera quality is perfect for a kid's watch. 3. Bonus Activity Tracker: The built-in activity tracker is a nice feature that encourages her to stay active. 4. The screen is of good quality and battery life is satisfactory. 5. App is user friendly and feature loaded, we have also received updates. We can control the class mode and other features from the app. We use a Lebara SIM, which works perfectly with the watch. I also highly recommend getting the accessories; the watch cover, screen protector, and extra band we purchased are great quality and look really good. A note on service: The delivery by Amazon was prompt, and the seller (imoo-watch-phone) provided prompt and helpful support when we had a couple of queries. Improvement area: If parents can start the cam or can take pics from the app to know about kids whereabouts in case kid is busy or not reachable. This watch fully justifies its cost with the features it provides. My daughter loves wearing it, and we are thoroughly satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended!

Good Product, using this with a GoMo SIM, which required the APN settings to be manually imputted. But once the correct settings were applied the watch resolved the time sync and messaging issues. Price seemed reasonable, and my daughter (age 10) is really pleased with it.

The watch doesn’t connect to the network after every 2 - 3 days, hence rendering the watch useless in tracking or calling. It’s basically unreliable. It’ll can’t say whether it has better network connections with higher models, but the Z1 just sux

I bought these for my 12-year-old to track location and stay in contact. The first unit kept freezing randomly — completely unresponsive, even with 70–80% battery. Only connecting to the charger would bring it back to life. I returned it and ordered a brand new replacement — and guess what? Same issue. Random total freezes, requiring a charger to reboot. Now imagine this: your child is out, and the watch freezes. No GPS. No calls. No way for them to reach you. What’s the point then? These are marketed as a safety device for kids — but if it freezes silently and becomes unreachable, that defeats the whole purpose. Completely unacceptable. Do not recommend.

You cannot text with this product; you can text the child, but the child cannot text back - super frustrating as that is the reason I bought it. Also it is switching off and we have to plug it back in to kick start it on Very unreliable
