Stopped working the same day I got it. Was disappointing as it worked REALLY well for the first 15 minutes before it went into error. I let it charge for a few hours but the next day it still wouldn’t run. Ended up returning this product.

Archer 5 star doesn’t get a five star. Purchased based on reviews and track record but did not deliver. Machine seems well built with some awesome features for the price point. This thing is loud and the mechanism used to adjust needle hang doesn’t do this machine justice. When adjusting the needle it reaches a point that not matter how much you twist the grip it will not retract the needle forcing the artist to float not to cause trauma. This also causes ink flow issues. I’ve tested multiple needles from high end to budget with the same results. Machine seems to have some kind of “give” feature built in that seems very inconsistent. I may have gotten a defective product but Amazon didn’t give me the option to replace the item. I really wanted to like this machine but I guess I’ll never understand the hype because I would not risk another purchase. The sound alone makes it come across as a cheap machine rather than an affordable gem.

This was a great machine at first- It holds battery veryyyy well and i’ve had it for around a year now. I tried tattooing my friend and now it randomly stopped working. I had it charging and when I push buttons its shows a “h” or a “c” but nothing else. it wont let me fully turn it off or anything. I left her with not even full letter on her. I don’t know if I broke the machine in some way but I haven’t used it for around a month pier to it breaking and it seemed great until I went in to tattooing her. Im just upset because im here visiting only for a couple more days and now I can’t fix it

I purchased this machine in March. I was using it last night and all of a sudden the power turned off. It’s not holding a charge. It says something on the display of the machine when I push the button the owners manual does not describe what it means on the display the code, the owners manual is very limited. I did write the manufactures. I’m waiting to hear back and see what they say. It’s very frustrating to have a machine that I paid good money for to not work after only about three months hopefully the manufactures will give me some insight on what I should do . This is not something I’d expect from a newer Machine.. Before this happened, I was very satisfied with the Mast now I’m just frustrated.

I love everything about this machine! Its light weight and very quiet. This machine is the Archer Five Star which has the options of dot work mode which I love! I have a lot of different machines and always looking for a favorite and thus one has to be one of my top ten! I highly recommend this machine for beginners and professionals.
