Out of the box the lcd screen did not work. Tried to charge but was unsure if it was charging

Disappointing
Stopped working the same day I got it. Was disappointing as it worked REALLY well for the first 15 minutes before it went into error. I let it charge for a few hours but the next day it still wouldn’t run. Ended up returning this product.

Not impressed.
Archer 5 star doesn’t get a five star. Purchased based on reviews and track record but did not deliver. Machine seems well built with some awesome features for the price point. This thing is loud and the mechanism used to adjust needle hang doesn’t do this machine justice. When adjusting the needle it reaches a point that not matter how much you twist the grip it will not retract the needle forcing the artist to float not to cause trauma. This also causes ink flow issues. I’ve tested multiple needles from high end to budget with the same results. Machine seems to have some kind of “give” feature built in that seems very inconsistent. I may have gotten a defective product but Amazon didn’t give me the option to replace the item. I really wanted to like this machine but I guess I’ll never understand the hype because I would not risk another purchase. The sound alone makes it come across as a cheap machine rather than an affordable gem.

Stopped working
This was a great machine at first- It holds battery veryyyy well and i’ve had it for around a year now. I tried tattooing my friend and now it randomly stopped working. I had it charging and when I push buttons its shows a “h” or a “c” but nothing else. it wont let me fully turn it off or anything. I left her with not even full letter on her. I don’t know if I broke the machine in some way but I haven’t used it for around a month pier to it breaking and it seemed great until I went in to tattooing her. Im just upset because im here visiting only for a couple more days and now I can’t fix it

it was my favorite machine
Ive had this machine since June and i have loved it until today. I was midway through a tattoo and my machine died and i have been charging it for over an hour and it says -1 or C . Ive tried to reset by hold the power button for 3 seconds or 30 seconds and it wont work. I amSo upset , i loved it till now , never had this issue before but I've also never let it die till today. Im using the actual charger for my machine and have tried different outlets in my house and nothing.
