The different angles on the roller imitate three types of massage: fingertip, full finger and palm. These different massage techniques provide fascial and soft tissue release across the entire body. Our high-density EVA foam roller is perfect for easing muscle pain after a tough workout. It is also great as an injury recovery aid as multiple recovery exercises can be performed with it. Our foam rollers are 33cm x 14cm which is a perfect size to fit in a gym bag. They are also lightweight, weighing in at just 900g. They come in three colours: Black, Blue or Pink. Good for rolling out leg and back muscles. When I'm not using it, I hide cat toys in it, which my cat loves. Multipurpose.

Miles More Effective Than a Standard Foam Roller - Get Great Results Quickly!
I've used a standard foam roller in the past but wanted one that would really sort the knots out in my back after a game of squash, this worked from the first roll out. It might hurt a little but afterwards you feel great.

Small but gets the job done.
It does exactly what it says, my only gripe is that it’s really quite short and there’s an annoying seam running down the smooth part that you can feel if you have sensitive skin like me. I really hadn’t considered that foam rollers come in different lengths as the ones I’ve used before all seem to be a similar size, so this seems really small compared, so it took a little to get used to, as positioning requires thought and adjustment, other than that it does the job.

As an amateur bodybuilder, i have been through quite few different foam rollers over the years, and this one is definitely up there with the best. When used correctly it will help with DOMS, and hitting those tight knots in muscle tissue and injury prevention. I prefer the knobbly foam roller to the 'smooth' foam roller as the 'smooth' foam rollers can lose their shape after several months, you don't get that with the knobbly rollers as the foam seems to be better quality and built to last. Which very happy with for the price i paid for this one. All in all 5 star product and would recommend to anyone.
