Good for light contact but not as protective as I thought.

I bought the wrong size unfortunately. I'm 6 foot and bought the xl size as I'd read reviews that they were tight. They're still tight, but they're also so long that I can't wear them when I'm wearing sparring gloves, and it makes it difficult to bend my arm as they sit right in the joint of my elbow.They do a good job of cushioning impacts though

Not perfect, but definitely better than a lot of stuff around. Stops bruises and allow hard training. Would recommend.

Helps protect arms from light blows but you will still feel the strikes from heavy blows and will leave light bruises but does help your arms out.

I bought these for my 5 yr old who was had broken her arm badly & post cast was warned to be extremely careful for 4 weeks. I struggled to source a paediatric splint & bought these. They were amazing! She wore it slightly over her palm so that if she fell it would take some of the impact. She fell a lot, as she would not stop running, jumping etc. These are definitely the reason she stayed unbroken!

They do the required job very well. But they are a tight fit.
