Update: Customer service is great. They sent me one new treat ball when mine got jammed up. Unfortunately, all 3 thay I had bought got jammed up. They also sent me a list of tips and tricks to get the treat balls open. These tricks ARE solid, BUT after a while they don't work, of you wash these in a dishwasher. Although these are dishwasher safe, don't put them in the dishwasher, even on the top rack they will start having issues after the second wash. I am buying a second set. I will not put them in the dishwasher. As long as they don't gum up again, I will be really happy. Dishwasher safe and will still maintain it's ability to open if put in the dishwasher, are two different things, I've discovered. Kind of an expensive lesson, but these are much more sturdy than the Woof ones, and the large is a lot bigger, and you get the little freezer trays, so these are still a good value, if you don't put them in the dishwasher, and collect them when your dog(s) done with the ball so they don't keep chewing on them out of boredom. Original: So far, these are great. I got a few different types of treat dispensers. This is one of the ones I like for the dogs. We had a different brand that was a pumpkin and one of the dogs managed to unscrew it. These are a rubber that my dogs don't seem to mind. Certain rubber balls they will refuse to play with, not these. Its like my dogs instantly knew what it was for. The hardest part was waiting for it to freeze. I like the inner capacity of this treat ball. It is big enough, without over doing the treat. It comes with the molds that makes 6 molds, which will work for nearly a week of treats. They are hefty/bulky, which is good in my opinion. I watch my dogs with these dispensers and take them when they are done eating. I like that the dogs will try more stuff if its frozen (weird, but I will take it). We have tried pumping pure, lactose free yogurt, apple, cinnamon something-something, and a few other baby food items that didn't get finished by my old dog. They LOVED all of it. I had 1 or 2 dogs refusing to eat pumpkin. They will eat it if it's frozen, though. If you pay attention to the top and bottom of the ball, there is a outward notch on the two halves of this. Tighten just to that point, and you should be fine getting it off. If you wash it in the dishwasher, try completely cooling it before putting the 2 halves together to prevent them from getting stuck together. I haven't washed our in the dishwasher yet, but from experience, you do not want a h3ated item going into another heated item, unless you don't want to be able to take it apart again. I ordered a total of 4 different types of feeder toys. One has not arrived, and one is waiting until the 3rd one arrives before knowing for sure. The price was decent for these, on sale. The dogs (medium to smaller-large) have not gotten any of these open. Great buy! Cheaper thab most others without being flimsy.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this toy for our young Rottweiler. As long as you get the recipe right for the dog, they will work on this to their hearts content. It is large enough, I love the super duper rubber that doesn't sound like it's crashing and breaking tiles or the hardwood floor when he throws it. But today...several months after buying it. I am beyond frustrated. This is the hardest I've worked to get it open and still can't. My husband also cannot. We are young enough and strong enough. But it will not budge. I have checked to see if I'm turning it the wrong direction. I've oiled it. I've tried hot and cold water. Uhhhgggg! This thing is perfect until THIS. I am hoping to reach the manufacturer to confirm whether I should not be putting this in the freezer, the correct direction to turn it...maybe there is a misthreading that is prone to happen? There are several reviews stating the same issue. I have consciously not closed it tightly and added oil hoping to avoid this. PLEASE let us know the correct thing to do (or not) to avoid this. Once that is resolved, I would hope to see this company create a version of the weeble wobble dispenser that uses this type of rubber to protect my floors :-) UPDATE Figured out a way to help get it open! All you need is a screwdriver 🪛 . Put it through 2 holes in the top part. Good on top the screwdriver handle and leverage it as you use your other hand to unscrew the bottom. (See video and pics). PHEW! SADLY it is worth the effort lol. UPDATE! They sent us a new one and it works like a charm. Everything about it is awesome now. We love that it doesn't scratch up the floors, indestructive for our Rottweiler. Kibble treats or frozen goodies when we want to watch his calories. 5 stars!

I bought this version in the standard size for my larger male Aussie/husky 80lbs mix so I could get back to making homemade frozen treats with leftover stew and bone broth. Really anything healthy I’ll freeze in the ice mold because he thoroughly missed having frozen treats to work on. I had to stop giving these type of treats without some safety guard after my smaller female fractured her teeth gnawing on these over time. What I love about this is I can safely give them low calorie treats that take up time and effort giving them something to do and enjoy and I’m in control of what goes in their tummies. He tried his ball/chew first time tonight after freezing bone broth leftover and he loves it. He can’t crack his teeth but he gets to enjoy a healthy snack that takes effort breaking up the boring day. This ball/chew uses a sturdy but softer rubber that won’t damage his teeth because he is a big chewer, it doesn’t have an offensive smell like some rubbers have and for his weight and size it’s the perfect amount for a snack. I can tell the creators were thoughtful about the size of frozen treats per size of chew/toy. I do wish they offered a smaller version for smaller dogs as my small female wouldn’t be able to manipulate the standard size without help. It cleans easily, he can easily manipulate and move the ball around to get the right advantage for a stuck blueberry or piece of chicken left inside and he’s preoccupied! I used to give him horns and harder chews but since my female hurt her teeth a specialist recommended only soft, bendable chews and not the common teeth breakers like antlers, horns, hooves, etc. and so this worked perfect and he loves getting his frozen treats again! Frozen yogurt will be an occasional treat, bone broth and stew is anytime or even water with a sardine hiding inside seems to entice him no problem Update: beware of the rubber deteriorating :( Works great at protecting teeth but I noticed the rubber on this and another brand start peeling the last couple months. Started off minor but tonight after washing and paper towel drying that it was more than just peeling but now goopy. Not thrilled with that in my dogs mouth or body so keep an eye and throw out as soon as it starts peeling!!! Might be a product that has to be replaced every year or so.

Heavy duty treat dispenser. I like there is several things it does to keep your dog entertained. The mold to freeze treats in words great. I did pumpkin and peanut butter for my Labrador and a yogurt she loved it. I am hopeful this is better quality then Kong toys which she has torn apart

I rarely leave reviews, but this toy has been fantastic for my dogs. I have two active large dogs that often need something to occupy them so they will chill out. When the filling is frozen, these keep my dogs busy for at least a half hour and they usually relax afterwards. I’ve done frozen Kongs for them in the past, but I like these refillable toys way better. I only needed to buy one for each dog and instead of freezing the toys I just freeze the filled silicone molds (I bought extra). The rubber is very hard, harder than Kongs. My biggest pup can be a heavy chewer, but she hasn’t put a dent in these. She loves to play with them and carry them around the house even once they are empty. We’ve been using these for months now and they have stood up to the abuse. I’ve been putting them through the dishwasher with no issues. My one and only complaint is that they are a bit hard to open and close. I have to lubricate the threads with olive oil. If you have arthritis or otherwise struggle to open things like stuck jars, these might not be a good choice. Overall these have been fantastic and I would absolutely buy them again (though I doubt I’ll need to any time soon. These are very durable!)

This is cheaper than the original pupsicle and is very similar, so it's a pretty good value. The only con about this one is that some of the threads of the male part are exposed when the toy is together so food gets in the threads. This does not happen with the pupsicle. This only matters if you don't wash it each time (see my tip further down). Just like the pupsicle, the rubber on rubber threads can make it difficult to open and close. You need to do two things and you can avoid this issue: 1. don't put it together if the threads are wet at all. 2. put oil on the threads of each part (I use olive oil). To put it on, I use this convenient dispenser https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJVKW9NP that comes with a brush. It will work if you oil it every time, despite what others say. I personally am lazy so as soon as my dogs are finished I pick the toy up, loosen it a bit, then stick a piece of glad press n seal over it and put it in the fridge. This way I can get away with not washing it for several days. However, as I said earlier, there can be bits of food in the threads. I don't worry about the oil brush getting nasty touching the food bits because I only use it for these toys. Using this method I don't always have to oil the threads. I can tell when I take it apart the next time to put the nugget in if it needs more oil. One final tip. It can get expensive just using can food to make the nuggets, so I make instant oatmeal with salt-free chicken or beef stock (salt is bad for dogs!) and use that for half the nugget. I also use a little peanut butter, yogurt and the can food. The oatmeal is also harder to lick when frozen so it lasts longer. I just want to note that, like all these type toys, if you want the toy to last you need to pick it up when they are done. None of these rubber toys can withstand lengthy chewing, and it's not what they are for.

I am a rescue foster and I buy 1 if these for each puppy that comes through my home. I have purchased the red, brown and blue colors (green is always out of stock). The blue color is the only color I have had tremendous trouble unscrewing. Like leave blisters on my hands trying to fight to get it off. I will be returning the last blue one I ordered and reorder a different color instead. Not sure what the mold difference is but it has happened on the last 2 blue ones I bought. The ball itself is great and gives a good amount of treat/unwind time and holds up really well.

Great product! My dog absolutely LOVES this toy. The silicon patches are easy to use and clean. The toy is very durable. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the toy can be difficult to twist in and off.

Me gustó mucho. Los espacios sin grandes ni funciona para croquetas de bebé pero el molde para hacerle los súper funcional. Lo recomiendo para perritos hiperactivos.

Amazing! Our dog uses it almost daily. Its very durable. She chews on it often and has only made a couple small teeth marks. The silicone mold has been great for making her frozen treats to go in the ball. Highly recommend

Very sturdy, I have 3 very aggressive chewers and these are awesome. I use them mostly with the frozen inserts, I'm not sure how they would work as a treat dispenser though I suspect the plug would not stand up, but that's not how I use them so they are great. The way they screw together is tight and strong. I had a different one that wasn't as well built and they could separate it, no way to do that to this one... great product.
