I like these lifts much better than using a nail bat for lifting drywall sheets. They are very well made with good material, and one added feature that is very useful is it’s shaver ability. I cut a piece of drywall that wound up a little too tight and used one of the lifts special built in features for shaving the edge of the drywall, and it performs very well. It makes lifting the drywall very easy and it has a stop built in to stop the tool from going too deep under the drywall like what often happens when using a nail bar, which often times damages the drywall edge. Great little tool, and it comes in a two pack! And it also has a bottle opener on the end!

Very good product for placing drywall where you want it. Small enough to keep in your bags. Made durably for using to kick into place unlike store bought brands where the weld breaks on the tab.

Strong and easy. Basic design. Works to lift. Fits in pouch. Red is easy to see. Use for many materials. Money well spent.

I purchased a set (2pk) of the Calvana Drywall Lift to replace a different style Lift I have used for many years but recently lost. At the time of order, I was mostly concerned with having a Lift and didn't think I would use the rasp function on it. The lifts arrived in great shape, are very well made and finished, have very good duty strength, and are a bit more hefty than I expected given their relatively small size (small composted to my old style). I was a little disappointed with the lift function of this tool as compared to my previous roller style lift. I was quite use to using a foot to easily move my roller style Lift and to drive its to under a panel; I could not do this with the Calvana Lift (and why I have 4 rather than 5 stars). Because of the design of the Calvana Lift, the tool tips backward at rest (lifting tip up) and the front blade/ tip thickness is greater than my old Lift; both of these characteristics made it difficult to get the Lift under a drwall panel if that panel was touching the floor; I had to use a thin pry-bar to partially Lift the panel in order to fit the calvana Lift in place (an extra step I've never had to make). It took a while to get use to the difference in function compared to my previous tool. I will state, the Calvana tool is strong and does function well and I will keep these and continue to use them but I will, most likely, order a roller style Lift as well. I almost didn't try the rasp function of the Calvana lift tool but I'm very glad I did in fact try it. The rasp function works great... far better than I expected and far better than my old rasp. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and consider the price quite fair given the build quality of the tool.

These definitely make life easier when hanging drywall. You have to be careful how much pressure you are applying so that you don't damage the edge of your sheetrock. But they do exactly what they're designed for!

Excellent tool for hanging drywall. The lever mechanism worked great and it saves you having to buy a rasp as well
