Easy to install
When the handle broke on my favorite luggage, I thought I would have to buy new. This was easy to install and had me back traveling with my favorite luggage!

Don't do it; Too short to fit standard 14 x 9 x 22 carryon
If this had been a generous 1 inch longer (maybe 3 cm), it would have fit. But it wasn't. It was too short. Also a problem: There were no screw holes in the bottom of rods where the handle attaches to the base. In the photo, you can see the difference in length. You can also see screw holes in the longer handle, but not in the shorter handle. Bonus: When I tried to return it online, somehow it ordered a replacement instead. I've been an Amazon customer for a long time, and I don't ever recall having that problem. Something with the product page? Overall, avoid this product.

Good product
The size we received was way to short, but the operation and sturdiness of the handle and telescopic properties are very good.

Takes a little bit of disassembly and modification
Broken telescopic handle on my 21” luggage. Ordered this and to be honest it didn’t come in the best packaging (2 plastic bags, no box) but the diameter on the poles was the same as the original that came on my bag. It didn’t come with the plastic piece to secure it inside the bag so I thought I could use the one that came with the bag. Worked but It gapped at the top after install. I decided I really only needed the poles with handle. I was able to remove the poles from the top plastic piece and use the original parts from my bag and it worked! So I guess I would tell you that you’re not going to get a perfect unless you use your original parts and it took a little bit of disassembly and modification. But it worked :)

Perfect fix
Saved me from having to buy a brand new piece of luggage.

Cheaply made
Cheap quality. Fell apart during installation. The rails came apart the first time I pulled the handle up. That was a total waste of my money. Save your money and buy a new suitcase, don’t be cheap like me.
