I love this Bonsai Tree kit! It comes with everything you need, has super easy-to-follow instructions, and is a great value for the money. I love the little tools; they are adorable. My kids and I had a great time planting these together. What a fun activity for the whole family. We only just planted the seeds today, but I will update as the plants begin to sprout.

🌱 I wish I could buy a soil / peat from you separately too. 🤗 I was really happy with this kit because it came with a lot of seeds, and I didn’t want to waste any of them. I ended up buying extra peat from another store so I could plant almost all of the seeds, and even after that I still had some left over that I put in the fridge. 🌱 I immediately noticed a difference between the peat that came in this kit and the peat I bought separately. 👀 In the green box, you can see that everything sprouted — that is the soil / peat from the kit. The next tray is also growing, but the seedlings are growing much more slowly, and that is the peat from another store. ⭐️ Your peat is truly excellent — everything sprouted evenly and very quickly, in just 4 days. ♥️Everything germinated beautifully, and both my son and I really enjoyed the whole process. It was fun, satisfying, and very rewarding to watch the seeds grow so fast. I also think it would be amazing if the peat could be sold separately, because I loved it so much and would definitely use the same high-quality peat for the leftover seeds I still have in the fridge.

to be honest i really don’t know if im doing something wrong they always sprout and start growing fast, but after a while of watering and attending they just stop growing and the leaves started dying no matter what happened I could never get it past a certain stage, other people might have better luck (im usually pretty good with plants i’ve grown many) but even with two separate batches of seeds i just couldn’t get it to grow overall it just wasn’t worth the money

This deluxe bonsai tree kit was amazing! It's got everything you need to plant and sow five different kinds of trees. It has the tools the soil the labeling pics the seeds and a awesome container that holds them all plus containers for each individual tree. I am so excited to see if these grow. There's also a spray bottle included for watering and one of the tools is the clippers to shape the tree. My whole family is invested in watching these trees sprout. It was very affordable and we used it as a little bit of a science experiment for our oldest granddaughter. I would definitely recommend this and buy it again.

This kit is amazing and incredibly complete, but the best part was the experience of setting it up and planting it with my son! Okay. This might be long. I got this for my mother's 70th birthday. She is an avid gardener and has always wanted to grow a bonsai. I got this kit, the soil, the food, some pots for when they sprout, the whole thing. She was ecstatic. We read and reread the instructions carefully to ensure the success of even one seed. I'm sad to say that none have sprouted. The kit itself is very nice. Instructions are clear and everything you need is included. Nicely packaged, compact. I would have given it 3 stars, but the additional star is for the customer service I received and the fact that the kit itself is nice. I let them know that none of the seeds sprouted and they sent me new seeds free of charge. I even further researched to try to get more tips for the 2nd set of seeds. Still no sprouts, but I did appreciate their assistance. Update: One week later The second set of seeds sprouted! Mother is thrilled. I'm relieved. Thank you so much.

I saw this online while browsing and thought how cool would it be to grow my own bonsai trees! Have always wanted a bonsai but they are very expensive. Growing from seed seemed like a much better idea. Did not fully take into account that it takes about a decade for the plants to become "trees" as this fact is not mentioned anywhere in the owner's manual. The kit is great although I have mixed thoughts about the seed to sprout process. I purchased separately one of those growing trays with the clear lid and must say, I have had so many seeds sprout in the tray that I feel that is the best way. The canvas open topped bags they include here for growing did not work very well. Out of all of the seeds I planted, I have had 13 sprouts. After some strange plant sickness killed a few, I am down to 9. The tools they include are very cheaply made and fall apart easily and the wooden box they come in is pretty much useless once you replant your seedlings. Initially, when i first opened the kit, they ship you 100's of seeds. Only 3 types of seeds were actually viable, the rest had fallen apart and dried out. Not sure how long these kits sit in storage but, enough seeds sprouted that I didn't really care about the 2 varieties that weren't viable. To make up for this, they included a small packet of emergency seeds to be used if other seeds don't sprout so that was nice. Overall, I find that this kit is excellent for an introduction to growing plants from seed but the process of keeping these plants alive is a little tedious and experimental. They really don't give you enough information in the included manual.
