ME1154 Campo Grain Crusher and Stone Flaker

This stone roller/flaker has opened up an entire new world of possibilities for my sourdough baking and other kitchen endeavors. Very well made and easy to use. I just buy whole grains, which are becoming more readily available, and see where I can take them with this great piece of kitchen equipment. This oatmeal I make from running whole grains of barley, oats, and rye through the stone rollers is just one of the new staples in my kitchen I make with this roller/flaker. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to take their culinary to another level.

The flaker is so handsome that two friends said they would buy it for looks alone to put in their kitchens. And the freshly flaked porridge is like nothing else on earth. I mix Oat Groats, Millet and Quinoa for Muesli, then add some seeds raisins and nuts for fresh Muesli. The Muesli is yummy raw or lightly toasted. Tastier and much healthier than oil- and sugar-laden granola.

Works well. It seems to have a wiggle to it but does its job. Could be just the way it's built and may be there for a reason. It does a good job
