I had a few hiccups with my bundles but customer service was very responsive and open to helping me with my bundle issue. The hair is very soft and cute. I will upload or edit this review once I have the hair installed and I will also come back after having it in for a while and give another review. I am happy for right now and later I will be back. I'm excited! Review: Disappointed - The hair matted up within 2 days. Was no longer soft after about 4-5 days. Very tangled. And sheds sooo much. I know how to take care of hair. I’m a cosmetologist. I’ve been doing everything to bring back to life. It works for a day or 2 then goes back to be horrible. I have to take it out and trash it
