Q: will these work on crossbow bolts?

Although they would likely work, they are not ideal for a crossbow, not because of the twist because they do make a quick twist for crossbows, but because of the width of the fletching. Crossbow quicktwist is more stream lined. I would go for the ones made for a crossbow for optimum results.

Q: these will fit carbon 400 arrows wont they?

Yes they are made big enough to fit any size arrow. I have some on my 330s an 400s. They shrink up great

Q: How long is the wrap?

Before heat shrinks it is 5.25 inches
