Game Changer for Wrinkled Clothes
I’m honestly so impressed with this handheld steamer. It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles from clothes in just a few seconds, making it much easier than pulling out an ironing board. Steam relaxes the fabric fibers so the wrinkles disappear without pressing the fabric flat like a traditional iron. The size is perfect—lightweight, compact, and easy to store or travel with. I’ve used it on shirts, dresses, and even curtains, and it works great on all of them. Another thing I love is how simple it is to use: fill the tank, wait a moment for it to heat up, and start steaming. It saves so much time when you just need a quick refresh before leaving the house. If you want a fast, convenient way to keep your clothes looking neat without ironing, a handheld steamer like this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! 👕✨

Excellent product to keep your clothes looking sharp!
I endorse this product. I have used it for two days to iron shirts, shorts, pants and even a dish towel (for practice). I also have a full size Rowenta Pro Style floor standing steamer and a conventional high end Rowenta iron. Compared to a conventional iron, the Pure Force hand held is much faster to use for anything with detail, such as shirts and pants. It takes me about 90 seconds to de-wrinkle a shirt with the Pure Force unit versus 5 minutes with a conventional iron. It heats up almost instantly, so it's practical to use it for just a single garment and then put it away. The Pure Force is also easier on your clothes especially if they have delicate fabric. However, a conventional iron does leave clothes a more "pressed" look. A conventional iron is also better if you like that creased look for your pants. I so zero advantage to the floor steamer. The hand held one is simply much better. One other comment. I saw a reviewer remark that the Pure Force is tiring to use, especially since the person reported that she had to squeeze the trigger the entire time she was steaming her laundry. This isn't true. The unit has a simple way to keep the steam on without constantly squeezing the trigger. Also, I did not find the unit to be overly heavy even when steaming a number of shirts. However, if you do find it heavy, use it horizontally on an ironing board, as you would for a conventional iron. It works great and still removes wrinkles very fast.

Built like a tank!
This baby is easily the “Cadillac” of garment steamers, and I haven’t even used it on an actual garment yet! I purchased it because I’m swapping out all the Stone Age window treatments in my house for newer, better looking drapery, and nothing arrives more wrinkled in the mail than curtains/drapes that have made the trip on a slow boat from China. Typical Rowenta quality, well made and fairly heavy (2.95 lbs), despite being described as “lightweight” by the manufacturer. At 1,875 watts, it heats up within seconds, and has several heat settings: low, medium, high, super high, and boost, with super high being most effective on those wrinkled drapes from China. It works horizontally as well, so would make an excellent “2 for the price of 1” appliance; you really wouldn’t necessarily need a regular clothes iron if you don’t do that much ironing, but if you do, I’d recommend the next model up, which includes a microfiber attachment intended to capture lint and hair while you’re ironing your garments. Easy to use straight out of the box, no setup or assembly needed. Just add water to the reservoir and plug it in. Decent value as well, generally about what other manufacturers are charging for a garment steamer of similar quality and capability. Considerations: it does take up a little real estate at 11.8” L x 8.66” W x 6.69” H; and the water reservoir is a measly 7.1 oz., which gets used up pretty quickly when you’re steaming 7’ H x 52” W drapery. A big plus is the 8.5’ cord, which is especially handy in a Stone Age house with electrical outlets few and far between. Highly recommended!

Works well on fine fabrics
I've never used a steamer before so I was hesitant to use it on some dresses I bought off of Amazon which arrived super wrinkled. I didn't want the silky and lacy fabrics ruined. But it worked beautifully! The head is large and covers a pretty wide area at a time. I hung it on the shower rod and was finished pretty quickly. The water reservoir is small, and easy to fill, so the weight of the steamer is from the machine itself. It is heavy but also very well made. I love it and I'm keeping it, I can't wait to try it on other fabrics that I have laid out to dry that are also super wrinkled.

Wonderful professional steamer!
I visited a hotel during a confernece and they had a similar steamer so I began my search. If you’re looking to steam your suits and pants and jackets (or really anything) this thing has some power and does a great job. I do wish the water tank was bigger because you can probably steam 3-4 items before needing to refill.

Excellent steam. Excellent function.
This steamer is excellent. It has a powerful steam that lasts a good amount of time. Slightly heavy for this senior woman, but I love that I can set it down and still steam my clothes. And I love that the boost steam can be activated continuously by quickly double-pulling the trigger. But even without the boost steam mode, it has excellent steam that shoots feet away. This is a replacement for a steamer/vacuum that I initially obtained when I needed a new steamer. I hated the steamer/vacuum, but it vacuumed folds into the clothes, then steamed them into permanence. I have no complaints with this steamer, at all!

Smoke and Mirrors
This was truly a great steamer. I’ve had 2 Conair handheld steamers and this was by far superior. Unfortunately, the steamer oddly only lasted 6 months. Last weekend, the steamer would turn on but the lights were blinking as if in some sort of shut down mode and it started smoking (not steam) from the bottom. Had to leave it outside for the day to be safe and it has not worked since. Longevity was disappointing for the price.

So much easier than using an iron.
The good: it heats up very quickly, and can deliver a huge amount of steam on its highest setting. I can hang a row of shirts on a laundry rack and run through them all in a very short time. Since it is so quick and easy, I'm more willing to use it, so my wardrobe overall looks much better these days. Steaming is much more effective than ironing for soft, draping fabrics--casual shirts, for example--that would not look right if flattened by a traditional iron. Since it works horizontally as well as vertically it is the best of both worlds--I can steam a pair of slacks upright to quickly de-wrinkle, then lay them out and press in a quick crease on the legs. The not-so-hot considerations for me? the water tank is a bit small if I'm steaming a lot of items at once. Removing the tank to refill is a little awkward, and requires caution when the steam vent is still hot. My other negative, strictly a personal opinion, is that the unit can feel heavy when doing a lot of steaming at one time. My go-to now is to double click the trigger so that the unit delivers constant steam, then I can use both hands to control the steamer and manipulate the clothes I'm steaming at the same time. Ironically if the water tank were larger the weight would be heavier, so there's no perfect solution for me. In summary I would absolutely buy this again.

The voltage
The device is 110V and not compatible with the 220V power in the UAE. I purchased it from Amazon UAE and expected it to match local standards. I’d like to return it. Thanks.

Dangerous item
Wish I could give this a minus score. Have had this item assessed by two reputable electricians who both reported it to be dangerous and a fire hazard. Item is gauged for the USA and not UK market as they are both different wattage. DO NOT BUY
