My cholesterol dropped from 214 to 191. My doctor has been trying to get me on statins but I didn’t want to take them so tried this. It is working great for me so far!

Seems to be working to lower my cholesterol
Lowered my cholesterol by 30 points by taking just one a day. I couldn't take two a day - it gave me heartburn. Going to try to take 2 a day from here on out, one in the am and on in the pm.

Surprised by the Labeling
The capsules are 500 mg each so you are only getting a 30 day supply. I misunderstood and thought I was buying 1000 mg per capsule and would have a 60 day supply. I will order 2 bottles next time. I can't say anything about it's effectiveness lowering cholesterol yet, but am hoping it works.
