Its a good product and a good price.

I got EXACTLY what I ordered the first time! This is a big deal because I've had to send back two orders in the past from different vendors here because they didn't pay close attention to the explicit name (i.e. Sport vs. Energy & Metabolism). Otherwise, the same great product I'm used to. Got it fast too!

First, the good. The energy formula is perfect. I have found myself having more motivation and energy. The blend of vitamins is what I needed after my labs came back. The pills aren't too large which is good. I will keep taking them for a while. The bad. As soon as you open the lid the smell hits you! Remember the fog horn from old cartoons? Yeah. It's that bad. I read the label and there's like 4 different types of fish used. Explains the smell. Just grab 2, water, slam, and done. First time I took them I had burps and they tasted terrible. I already hate seafood and here I am tasting fish every few minutes. Overall I like them. I trust products from GNC. They have been around forever. The price is a tad higher than others but the energy makes it worth it. As long as you can tolerate the smell, you have a good vitamin for us old men.

Consistently valuable vitamins.

I think its very important to take a multi-vitamin to supplement vitamins and minerals that are lacking in our diet. I have been taking these as my primary multi-vitamin for years now. I think they are great and haven't suffered any ill effects or had any issues with them. I will continue to take them throughout the future. Sometimes, I will replace with the Recovery version of the vitamins, but I generally purchase this version 2/3 times.
