Why is my product not coming out? There is a delay in dispensing one of the formulas.

A few pumps are required until you see all 3 formulas come out, this usually takes 3-6 pumps. Please note that this is not a product defect, but part of the normal activation that may be required.

How do I “activate” my serum for first-time usage, or if the dispensing is delayed?

If a dispensing delay does occur, turn the product horizontally and pump to help remove air pockets at the top of the chambers. While this usually takes 3-6 pumps. It can also help to wipe off the nozzle if excess product has accumulated there.

Do I need to use an eye cream over this product? Or can I use by itself.

Using an eye cream after applying Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum Eye is personal preference. If you are interested in layering a cream, we recommend trying out our Rénergie Eye Cream. It is a silky, fast absorbing dark circle eye cream.
