Poor quality and the foam doesn’t expand or fill up my bean bag.

After checking out different shredded memory foam fillers & considering my needs, I selected HOXXME filler. The package was much heavier than expected & felt very firm. I cut the box open very carefully, trying to prevent a “foam explosion” by possibly cutting too deep. The manufacturer had it covered: on both long sides of the box where the flaps were taped shut, the package had strips of additional cardboard on the inside, therefore preventing accidentally cutting the vacuum sealed bag. This is prime customer service!! Thank you! The foam filler was divided into 2 vacuum sealed heavy duty plastic bags. Within the plastic bags were lightweight white punctured bags, allowing the foam to expand without creating a mess. It was amazing to watch how fast each package expanded. I put both bags aside for 48 hours, allowing the foam to expand fully - at least I thought so! While I was filling my large pillow, the foam seemed to expand even more. While I believed I would need 2 bags = 10# for my project, I still have over 1/2 bag left! I left the remaining memory foam in its original bag and will repurpose the other at a later date. My pillow is wonderfully stuffed, soft & firm at the same time & the foam recovers nicely after use. Unlike other products there were no hard backings on any of the foam pieces and I couldn’t detect any type of odor. Yes, my pillow looks a little lumpy but I don’t mind as I love the comfort my “new” body-pillow is providing. Smaller shreds would make a big mess and possibly create a “winter wonderland” of static clinging foam bits. There are countless uses for this product at an excellent price. I highly recommend this product & its manufacturer.

There was no chemical odor and very little dust with this product. The shreds are a bit small but they provided loft and softness to a somewhat compressed foam floor cushion. Be aware that they immediately start expanding when you open the package. I had a large cardboard box standing by. It came in handy!

This is a LOT of shredded memory foam. I bought it to make a couple of small pillows. After making the pillows, I had almost as much left over as I had before making the pillows. (See picture) As for the quality, it is good quality if you don’t plan to sleep on the pillow you make. It would be great for stuffing toy animals or cushions to sit on. But some of the pieces have a firm plastic coating on one side. I was afraid these pieces would poke my face or ear when I lay on the pillow. So I took the time to cut this firm piece off those pieces. It took quite a while. But if you need a huge bag of memory foam for a good price, this would be perfect.
