It's not power or granules form. All the pouches are in same condition. The content is clumbed together. Very hard to dissolve. I don't know whether it retain its potency or not. The brand must think about it.

Extremely disappointed with the product
Do not buy. All the sachets are solidified, please check the video I have uploaded. Moreover it’s a non refundable item, so my return request got rejected. I did not expect this from Wellbeing nutrition. I will never buy again and invest my hard earned money behind your damaged product.
