Its paper tape , thats all its all down to your own skill set how you use it

Easy to use
Perfect quick delivery. Tape very easy to apply, but please note it is not self adhesive as some people seem to expect. Apply your filler, add tape over filler and smooth over and push any air out using plaster trowel then apply filler over the top of the tape and repeat if needed.

Easy to use but too sticky for new painted surfaces
The rolls were very easy to use. The main downside was that the adhesive on the tape was too great for my recently plastered/painted ceilings and pulled the paint off when removing. The ceilings had been sealed before painting and was over 1 week before paper applied. They performed much better when I reused as it was less sticky.
