Other fiber supplements make my stomach hurt, but this has helped me use the bathroom regularly without any dramatic problems. It dissolves pretty well in the water and does not form into a thick paste. You can taste it a bit, but it’s not terrible. Just chug it. It might work for some people, it might not, but it wouldn’t hurt to try it

This works and my guts feel lighter. That's all I have to say without getting crude. I will be buying again. Pros: - Easy formula to use, clear directions - Similar to MiraLAX in consistency, but it mixes more easily into liquid - There is a slight taste but it's not too bad. Best if added into coffee or juice or a smoothie. - Good amount of powder for a good price - Better than other prebiotics and fibers in my opinion. I have tried many. - I have severe IBS, GERD and blood sugar issues. I might be imagining it but I have felt slightly better the last week or so and I think it's thanks to this. - If you need something to make your bowel movements more regular... This is the one, 'yall. Cons - It's powder, not for everyone. It does have a similar texture to miraLAX but it's significantly less grainy. - It DOES have a taste. Almost undetectable and easy to ignore for me, with the exception of bad gag-reflex days in which it can be difficult to get down. If you are sensitive to taste and texture, please keep that in mind when purchasing this powder. - It's a MASSIVE bottle that's not even 1/3 of the way full. I think they could have saved on packaging price or shelf space by making the bottle a little less comically big. There might be a health code or something that forces companies to leave extra room but, for my consumerist brain, it feel a little deceptive (thankfully I paid attention to serving/ grams so I knew what I was getting).

I’ve only tried this one time in one recipe idea, but just rating it based on that single idea alone, I’m very pleased. I just used 1 tablespoon in a scant amount of ultra filtered high-protein milk and foamed it into a very thick coffee latte foam. It dissolved easily and made a thick well-structured foam with no fiber flavor or texture. Exactly what I hoped!

Works great. Mixes well in my morning smoothie so much better than psyllium husk. More smooth and no texture issues.

Went to gastro due to prolonged constipation and other unsavory issues I won't mention. Dr told me to use another well-known fiber powder and said it might take 90 days to work (???). After 45 days and problems got worse, decided this is ridiculous. I already had this in my cabinet and had forgotten about it but gave it a try and it worked within 1 day. I don't really notice it helping with making me feel fuller but the constipation is gone as long as I keep this up daily and my gas is reduced most days, depending on my diet.

I've been using fiber to help me with weight loss. Try to get in 20g - 30g daily. Needed a new stash. Bought this product. Got it in today and already like it. 11 grams fiber per 12 gram serving (about two tablespoons volume wise) One of the higher fiber content powders I've found. Per label, the fiber is corn derived. Mixed 15 grams in with 12 ounces of water. This may be the most miscible and soluable product I've tried. Water in glass, add fiber, spin with a frother, and it was clean. No clumps. No goo. Flavor is neutral. Some had a weird taste. Not this. I added a little squirt of Mio for flavor. Down the hatch. This may be the best fiber powder I've tried. Five stars on the fiber itself. One beef with the product. The packaging is way excessive. Seeing this product on a shelf somewhere, it could be outright misleading. This looks like a big container of fiber, like "Yeah boooooy. Gonna work that colon." Open it up, it's just over half full. So I'm thinking Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?!? I get out my kitchen scale and it weighs out properly to the weight listed on the container. Even buying it on here, I was swayed by the container size. NOW foods is dirty for putting this amount of product in this large or container (see pic, taken immediately after initially opening). Despite the great contents, the packaging deception is bad enough to take a star. Packaging -1. Love the contents, but I feel a little duped with the oversized container. Now uses the same size plastic jar for other products so they're just saving money ordering the same size in bulk. The product itself is excellent. It improves the bulk and timing of bm. It also increases fullness when combined with protein shakes. It definitely feeds butyrate producing bacteria and no malodorous gas either. I'll definitely reorder.
