Good fit. Saved me money. Now I only hope it lasts as it makes a weird little sound when opening and closing. Maybe it just needs to be broken in some only time will tell but it saved me a bunch of money and my poor back so I am pretty happy with it. Was easy to install but you need two people to prevent from getting clonked on the head. You might need to use a small screw driver to remove the bands from your original car struts and no need to replace them with these babies. They just pop right in if you start at the door bottom which should be the area above your head height being held up by your assistant and then the top (closet to the car frame and below your head height) A good sized stick is also necessary to support the door in case your assistant loses his grip or slips. (Always remember safety first) Buying these was a chance on my part as I thought I should go with the original OEM part but they were not in stock and way more expensive. However, it paid off and works just fine right now. No more struggling to lift the SUV's door and saves my back from going out. Was only concerned about a limited one year warranty should they fail. If they do I will update this review but based on what I am seeing right now I would highly recommend it. Needed to buy new struts for my rear door. These were easy to install and fit well. They are very strong as well.

This product will now save my head from getting hit numerous times. Since we couldn’t afford a mechanic to replace the two hydraulics that hold up the back hatch, we researched and found this replacement. It had good reviews and was affordable. My husband watched a YouTube video first on how to install it. He replaced this in ten minutes as I held up the back hatch of our Hyundai Tucson. It works perfectly now! Good product, great price!

I keep a spare set handy for when the installed lifts give out. I only had to bump my head once on the raised rear glass to realize it was the thing to do.

This was my first time replacing the hydraulic trunk latch arms & thanks to this product, it could not have been any easier. I used a piece of wood & a friend to keep the trunk door (latch) open while I figured out how to disconnect the old pieces (I used needle nose pliers to pull this metal tab that sits across the lock for the connectors) & once I got the hang of it, it was a piece of cake. We even had a laugh about how much we struggled for a couple minutes before figuring it out. it’s been a few days but I have not seen any issues. Very happy to have resolved this minor car problem for less than $50 on Amazon while other merchants/shops will charge an arm & a leg for something so simple. Would recommend to a friend.

Have tried a few different shocks. This one was easy to install, works great and cost almost half the price of the others. I would defiantly recommend them.
