I’m about to turn 54 and started these supplements three weeks ago. My skin looks incredible, even my dermatologist commented that my skin looks the best it has in years! I still do a lot of in office treatments, but my skin looks smoother, brighter and plumper than before. I believe it’s from this supplement.

This is a very nice supplement for hair. I've tried quite a few. This one has 2500mg of Biotin which you'll find in most hair supplements. I think this is a good amount. Plus is has a proprietary blend of other ingredients including keratin which is the foundation for hair, albeit there's no empirical evidence that ingesting keratin improves you hair, there's some research in it favor. Nevertheless, since I've been taking, I have noticed less hair shedding. My nails have also improved. It's definitely doing something. It's also not caused me any side effects whatsoever. So I'll keep on taking it I will say that it's a bit expensive for a 30 day supply but if it works and is less than some topicals and other competitor products, I'll keep taking it.

Everyone is different and depending on meds some are required to take extra vitamins - since meds can deplete some supplements. For me - for whatever reason, labs come back low in B’s. Especially B6, well and Zinc - which of course isn’t in B family. Since I need extra B’s - this is an easy way to attack part of my B issue Hair, I do think it is helping because of the amount of biotin. Take after a meal. does not cause any stomach upset, unlike the most popular brand for hair and skinff

I just started taking this but my skin looks better I find that this brand is about one of the best and take several of their supplements

Got this mostly for the skin elasticity and hair loss. It seems to be working. The hairless has slowed down and skin does.seem a bit more firm. It's not too big of a capsule to swallow and doesn't have much of a taste. So far pretty satisfied

Quality and very cool and interesting stack of different compounds. One might think this is even a Polyphenol supplement, with a ton of gut and other health benefits alone from that. But for hair skin and nails the biotin and vitamin C stand out for being good for that. I’d just pair with a good multi collagen for best results. Still though a good supp
