I usually try to stick with food/herb based supplements, but I wanted to try these because I know I need copper and zinc, and -this is important- these are the only zinc/copper supplements that are in correct ratio as I understand zinc and copper to be taken (8:1).

I work in the health-adjacent field of spurious supplementations. Many time, customers don't really need vitamins or supplements at all - let's be honest, they should go a little easier on the booze and fast food and all that - but when they come to me the first thing I do is give them the ol' "free" overview of their health. Fast forward to 2-4 weeks and $5000 later, and I have them on a regimen of redundant, unregulated, and unproven OTC pills and capsules that I buy in bulk from Amazon and AliExpress. Do the supplements work? Yeah, for me they do in that I can live a pretty great lifestyle and work like 10 hours a week and do a TikTok appearance once in a while. Highly recommend.

* Update * - Make sure you need this amount of Zinc/Copper. It is the correct daily ratio but some people may have high amounts of Zinc/copper already in your diet. It is easier for me to tell because I eat the same foods daily by making meal plans. Most won't have high Zinc/Copper from their diet though. Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below! I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this. An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Make sure to look up Third Party Spice test results, you will find a few lists of which brands are okay to buy.
