I am using this brand another model MX500 is very good secure high speed and overheating sometimes on my MacBook Pro mid 2012 which it was a huge upgrade with DDR3 Ram performance is so good for a 4 years using, never I recommend BX500 this model is unstable and firmware bugs make media damage and not readable anymore, I lost time, money and data :(

Probably not the best choice to hold my extensive Steam library on, but works much better than the spinning disk it replaced, and allows me to easily move it out between machines, yeah I do that occassionally.Time to tackle that Steam sale and fill it up some more.

Great item, easy to fit. 4TB SSD was an update from my 500GB SSD which I cloned into the 4TB which became a bootable drive also.
