The packaging must be changed
Impossible to get the product out of the bottle, a waste of money, the container is useless. Had to force the thing open an it immediately dried up.

The pump action didn't work but the company made it right
I think would love this product if the pump worked and the container was not half full. I'm going to order again though and cross my fingers that these problems were just a fluke. UPDATE: I am happy to say that I have been offered a full refund for the defective packaging. This company cares about their product and I would highly recommend purchasing VI DERM products from them.

Great vit c gel
I love this Vi Derm product, and the Vi Derm Complete care too, I definitely notice a difference in my skin when using these products. They are worth the money, though you get the best deal on Amazon Prime!!
