I usually buy it to eat on my craving as Im pregnant, but unfortunately I dont find any taste in this particular product, i have bought previously from other merchants and it tasted good but this one is tasteless , as time went on I started to like it now Im craving more of it. Sharing my experience with eating chalk. Love it!
You need to get it out of the plastic, put it back in the box and let the box open for one or two days, otherwise it tastes bitter, like plastic. After one or two days it will have that amazing earthy taste so many of us crave for. I eat some in the morning when I have my coffee. I noticed that too much of it will give me tummy aches, or if I eat it later than in the afternoon. Don't drink soda after you eat chalk. Remember it's calcium so use it accordingly. If you crave it too much, get some blood test done for iron deficiency. If you crave it just for the smell, wet it. It smells like earth during a summer storm. Hope my recommendations help.
