Need help
I got this phone case in the mail today but whenever I click “Exquisite” Then shot screen it keeps saying “The screen refresh is abnormal. Please try again later” anybody know how to fix this?

Worked great then broke fast
This was a great fun product for a while, but broke randomly within the first six weeks. It fit my phone perfectly and the app works well enough.
