Why did you pick this product vs others?: Not like Silk or other store bough almond milks. It takes a bit to get used to. It's definitely nutty and unlike store bought almond milks. I prefer this to thicken and flavor my teas as more of a desert type treat. I still use unsweetened Silk Almond milk during the day but switch it up with this. It is a bit difficult to blend into water. I don't recommend using hot water because it tends to separate the oil. I have used a hand mixer to blend the entire container as it tends to settle, it can get messy. I tend to use about 3 tablespoons to a large widemouth mason jar and store in the fridge for 3-5 days. Using the hand blender/mixer in the water/almond mix can help to blend it all together for use. I will always keep this on hand and now have a subscribe for it. Taste: Nutty and flavorful, will alter the taste of your tea. Convenience: Not super convenient, but that's not an issue if you want a good product.

I would give it a five if it was what I was expecting. I thought I was purchasing a powder. This is like almond butter. While I did use it in my protein shake it was rough to try to blend together (oil and solids) before being able to add a tablespoon worth to my shake. I have arthritis and this was more difficult than my other seed and nut butters. I was so excited to have a ROC product only to find it just won't work for me. Also, there was oil seepage from the safety lining. I had to wipe the inside of the lid etc. I hope it didn't allow bacteria in. So, this is why 4 stars. But, I stand behind this family and all regenerative farmers! If I desire to treat myself, I will purchase this for snacking as a nut butter. It does work in my protein shake but I am looking for an easier way to have nutrition the older I get with my health issues.

What I like best is that I can keep this on the shelf and make it as I need it. I seem to use it up fairly quickly. The best thing is that they use blanched almonds. That means they have their skins removed and therefore if you are watching lectins then there are none. Besides that they don’t use any fillers, thickeners or stabilizers of any kind like store bought brands do. Which I am sensitive to and are generally unhealthy anyway. It’s just pure almonds. I went from using full saturated fat coconut milk to this instead because I got a negative report on my liver after using coconut milk for awhile. This is much healthier, less fat and has more calcium that I need. The taste is great but I do admit that I doctor it up a bit to taste a little more like real milk. I do this by using 2 Tbls. of the almond butter to 8oz. of refrigerated filtered water. I then add honey to sweeten a bit and 5 drops of organic liquid vanilla extract. I blend it using the small cup that came with my bullet blender for about 20 seconds or so and “walla” as close to real milk as you can get! Btw I am allergic to the protein casein that’s in real milk so this also gives me some extra protein which we all need more of. I am extremely grateful to the makers for this product and I highly recommend it for any purpose that you would normally use cow’s milk for. I have used it in quail egg omelettes, (I am sensitive to the high histamine in hen eggs), cream sauce made with tapioca flour and quail eggs, creamer for caffeine free Purity coffee, (which has no mold like many other brands do), Traditional Medicinals, Bigalow & Nutra herbal teas, Teaxactly organic matcha tea, Simple Mills Almond pancake mix, and even 5 Tbls. of the almond milk to any kind of stir fry that I can imagine up to add more moisture, calcium and protein to. It’s so very versatile. I’m going to try it out by just using it as is for a dip for like carrot sticks or whatever as peanut’s are a bean and not a nut and I am allergic to beans as well. Lol Update: My 3rd order (?) Has a problem with the seal not being completely sealed and leaking out the precious almond oil (keeps it from drying out) into the lid. 😢 Now I have to lower the number of stars I previously gave it. 😕 2nd Update: So disappointed again! The lid was sealed but when I pulled it off there was some strange kinda black stuff on the seal and also in the inside of the jar and in the almond butter. I will be requesting a refund and reorder it. Hopefully I’ll get a good jar.

The product was tasty and worked for me to make my daily cup of almond milk for a matcha latte. I won't order it again because the consistency was very thin compared to my usual brand (Joi, which is more of a paste) which is unavailable right now. While it was about the same price as Joi, I went through it twice as fast because of the consistency. I'll switch to Joi cashew concentrate until their almond concentrate becomes available simply because of the value for the money. I don't often leave reviews but this type of review would have helped me when I was looking for an alternative.

I buy this about every 2 months. The flavor is awesome great product to have on hand for trips so you can make your own almond milk on the go since you can always buy bottled water since it's easy to mix to your own taste. I would love to see this company make little tubes for individual servings on the go like flavored waters do. I make several days worth of almond milk to keep on hand in the fridge and it's cheaper than store bought. Keep in mind for power outages since it's shelf stable before being mixed up. So you can make it AS NEEDED! Highly recommend. Only downside, it tastes so good, you'll raid the jar!

Pretty sure you could just buy unsalted almond butter and use it for the same purpose It worked fine but something about it wasn’t palatable compared to the organic almond milk I buy at Aldi

I love this product! I've ordered it many times and once or twice there was a minor leak at the seam, where the seal isn't completely secure... HOWEVER, the product was fine inside the jar, no mold or taste problems. I will continue to order and LOVE the taste.
