Defective product, poor support. do not buy.
DO NOT BUY. POOR SUPPORT FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. I bought this product in dec 2023 for the features and value it offered. Unfortunately, it's been a struggle to make this useful beyond keypad and biometric operations. Key is extremely cumbersome and inconvenient to operate to its useless for senior citizens. Biometric is also difficult when weather changes. it has now stopped working for some strange reasons and suddenly you are left unsafe with your main door lock not working. Amazon does not provide any guidance on how to get support. When I reached out to get support from Godrej, to say the least, support is poor. Emergency phone line of Godrej Support is not sure of when they will be able to resolve the issue. Vale locks and support is much superior.

Pros: 1. Versatile and useful for daily use. Makes life easy. Safety always 2. Accurate fingerprint reading(almost) 3. 1 year battery life with moderate use 4. Firm and reliable action. No play 5. Good app features 6. Installation- neat and on time Cons: 1. After 8months, the gold layer is showing wear and tear. No longer looks new. 2. Not the sturdiest lock. Only good for daily use. Additional deadbolt may be good. Suggestion: invest in a higher end lock with deadbolt. Biometric locks have eased my life a lot. Must buy!
