In the beginning, I must express my disappointment in the headset’s performance, which has not met my expectations. Despite researching various headsets before making this purchase, I found that the reviews for this particular model were not significantly inferior to those of its competitors. However, after using the headset with my new PC for only three days, including the day of delivery, I encountered a critical issue. The microphone malfunctioned, rendering me unable to communicate effectively through Discord or any other application. The audio output was consistently static, resulting in a robotic-like sound.Upon further investigation, I discovered that connecting my AirPods Pro to the PC resolved the issue, indicating that the microphone was the source of the problem. While the headset’s overall design and comfort were satisfactory, the microphone’s functionality was the primary reason for my return.The headset’s adjustable sizing and comfortable materials were commendable, and the RGB lighting system was functional. However, the inclusion of a USB-C connector would have enhanced its performance. Until improvements are evident, I will refrain from purchasing this product.It is important to note that my review is not a reflection of my inability to operate or troubleshoot the headset, as I had already attempted to do so before initiating the return process. This issue is attributed to a product defect rather than a consumer error.

Kiddo loved it. Its still in great shape a year later now. Mic sounds good to those in the other end and the speakers in the headset sound good.The lights are cool and work well. Only gave 4/5 stars because the ears don't light up.

I got these as a gift for my daughter she loves the leds they arent to bright. we first tried these out on the PS5 and I would not recommend it. The cords are not long enough to connect to the controller and the usb at the back of the ps5 so you dont get to use the lights at the same time so I would say they are not compatible for anything other then PC or laptop. She uses them on the pc and works perfectly. They arent very expensive so Id say they are worth it.

Absolutely in love with these used then for like a month at least possibly 2 months now love how the controls are on the headset now the wire also love how the double jack comes apart and becomes a single jack for a tablet or ipad or phone or even a laptop (if your phone or tablet/ipad doesn't have a jack but you have an adapter that works too as ive tried that with mine however the one I have does not fit the double jack as bought a double jack adapter to try with my phone but didn't fit properly) sound quality is amazing how the colours light up are so cool and pretty definitely recommended and the price as well is amazing defo a steal.
