Love these, BUT here's workaround
Love these applicators! I've tried other types but they're rough tipped and caused irritation. These are narrow, completely smooth, with a rounded tip. Much less waste than typical applicator since it's a syringe type plunger. Here's the problem: as mentioned in other reviews, the hole is too small for some tubes. I use Estrace cream and hole is definitely too small. Here's the workaround....wash hands and make sure counter surface is clean before opening applicator so all parts remain clean. Pull off tip cover and set aside. Pull out plunger completely and set aside. Fill applicater from the BACK end and then carefully replace plunger and cap. You're ready to go. **MOST IMPORTANT** 1ml on syringe is NOT equivalent to 1gm. Different creams and liquids have different strengths so 1gm can be a significantly different dose. You must first measure whatever cream you are using with it's original applicator to get accurate dose. Then transfer the correct dose to the new applicator type. This took me a couple of times to see the correct amount in the new applicator, then I only used the new applicators. You can also contact your doctor to let them know of the new type of applicator and they can give you a precise amount.

Love the cap
They have rounded corners so they are softer for shoving up there. Because it is not a smooth clear shot! (Who drew the pictures on the tampon instructions 🤣) There is all sorts of sensitive stuff you’re pushing past. So soft rounded corners are gentler. I purchased 2 different applicators and these are the winners. I use it for my Estrodial cream. They have ml markers and I’m supposed to be using 1g. 1ml is very close. I easily remove the plunger squeeze some from the tube of cream into the syringe. No easy way to measure so I just get it pretty close. Reinsert the plunger pushing the cream to the tip. Hoping I got the right amount, there are markers on the syringe but not until you use the plunger to push it in. Then I put the lid on! Why I LOVE? The cap-I love to travel and am on team carryon (1bag travel) so carrying a whole tube with a couple syringes is hard to do. But with the caps. I will preload however many syringes (usually 1-2) I need for the trip, and leave the tube of cream at home. If I’m gone a week, I just need to bring 2, takes up almost no space! Rounded corners-not pointy, just rounded. I felt they were comfortable and pushed easily around all the internal obstacles.

Does not work
These do not work for estrogen cream. The end is too small to fill the applicator.

Penetrate very easy!!
Easy to introduce it to deliver the lube and feels good too!! Is like warming the engine to start running!!

Works very smoothly but could be improved
Wish they screwed onto a medication tube bottle like the prescription ones do, and wish they measured in mL not g.

Finally - Perfect Solution!
This is perfect. I was not able to use the applicator that comes with Estradiol. The edge was too sharp! And apparantly I had some kind of strange reaction to the plastic it is made of. So I tried a whole other estrogen system (-- tiny tabs that didn't work either, because the applicator head, although small, was jagged). I couldn't believe that someone wouldn't have come up with the idea of a ROUNDED, smooth tip, so I searched Amazon. I came across this product and figured I'd give it a try. EASY insertion. As others have noted--you need to pull the applicator apart and squeeze in the amount of Estradiol your doctor prescribes in the tube. THEN, put the plunger back in and push it in part way to send the Estradiol down the tube. Once you insert it in your body, push completely so the Estradiol goes where it needs to go. (Just follow the photo guide!) I'm so thankful for this product, told my OB/GYN about it!

Doesn't fit cream tube
Nicely made but too small to fit the estradiol tube. Advertised specifically for it. Returns not accepted. I want my money back because I didn't get what I expected.

I purchased these applicators for premarin so I wouldn’t have to wash out the ones that came with the medication. I read some reviews, some said they didn’t fit and some said they did, well I don’t know how the could fit . The hole at the end of the applicator is way too small to put on the medication tube, I tried but it just ened up all over the applicator. Will not buy again .

The head of the syringe will not screw into to a standard tube of cream. Then I realized you can pull the plunger out to fill it. These actually work fine. It is nice that they are individually packed.

These are convenient BUT please remember they really are one time use folks. I took off a star because I feel they should come in a pack of 30 and are a bit overpriced considering if someone is buying them chances are they will need a months worth at a time ongoing
