This “Hunger Smart” variety is specifically developed for diabetics to stop or significantly decrease sugar spikes and my husband has been drinking one daily for lunch for over 5 years. He swears by the positive effects both physically AND mentally. The texture or thickness of this shake is creamy and has a great taste.
