I love it. It’s very very good hearing aid very light weight. You cannot even feel it in your ear. Looks like Bluetooth, which is very good for ladies. If you’re embarrassed, you have a hearing aid. Or You have a short hair like me. It’s hold as a charger you can charge it just for one two hours and he told you for like three days easy to put it in and out. The quality for that voice is very good. It’s very nice and clear you can block you. You have the option to block and noises also like any other regular hearing aid for $5000 is very very good price Cheap and the performance is absolutely wonderful

Stay away! Whistling sound in one ear. Stopped working all together. One side charges the other one have to keep moving to charge.

These work very well. Simple to operate (no app required), price was very good. I am hearing impaired in only one ear and I found that it is effective using only one of the hearing aids. Fits well in my ear.

I had prescription hearing aids initially but lost them on vacation. I spent several hundred dollars on them. These work almost as well. They are comfortable and amplify well. They however squeal too much. I’ve had to removed rhem in church several times.

These hearing aids are simply great !! They meet all realistic expectations for amplifying broadcasts, conversation, or while driving. I don't wear them for all activities, such as outdoor work or sports. The units have a solid mechanical sliding on-off switch and a mode-volume button on the outside face, these are better than inconsistent or unreliable touch switches on some other devices. The units are identical and interchangeable, they are not L or R specific, unless they are fitted with different size cups. Often I just wear one, keeping the other ear open to natural sound. The units are small, not over-sized, about 1.25" tall with a 0.75" reach into the ear. With my fat head, I rotate the unit up to have it reach further into the ear, see photo. As all such similar plug-in units, they come loose as expected with jaw movement such as talking or chewing. The units hold a very long charge which can be extended with additional battery storage available from the portable charging unit. The units turn off and reset when charging. They turn on in 3-5 seconds when removed, about the time they are inserted into the ear, and then make an audio beep. If adjusted they may squeal a bit due to feedback until the ear is sealed again. The sound quality is natural, very close to original, to the point of me not being aware that I'm wearing the units. Before this set, I had the traditional behind the ear battery units with a wire to a plug-in ear-canal speaker. They cost me $140, only 10% of Costco's entry level units, and lasted about 2 years before the wires broke. Next I tried a pair of Bluetooth hearing aids with touch settings. They allowed music in only one ear, not stereo, and would cut-in or out when on a phone conversation, which drove me crazy. Finally I realized what I needed was just a single function one-trick hearing aid, that is, a simple knife instead of a multi-function Swiss knife trying to do too many things. These hearing aids do that well. These hearing aids are solid, reliable, straight forward and easy to use. I don't know how they can be made so well overseas, shipped to and distributed here in the US, all for less than $100. Amazing !!

I bought this product in May 2024 it says it has a warranty of a year for repair. I cannot find where to send it back or seller contact. Please help.

This was the second pair of otc hearing aids I ordered, I returned these due to amount of feedback. I liked that they looked like ear buds. After trying 2 otc hearing aids, I went to Beltone and spent 5k.

They work really well and amplifies the sounds perfectly. Fits great and definitely worth the money. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the high pitch noise you first hear when you’re fitting them in your ears.
