Good Machine with two flaws
For the price point of 12.5 k it's a really effecient and good washing machine. I found 2 problems which i think the company can fix. First the top lid is really cheap quality although the whole machine is of decent quality,i mean what does it take just to put some better lid . Secondly the wash is great but the drying is insufficient ,it does not dry the clothes very well that should be fixed.rest all is good.

After 5 to 6 wash the machine was stop working properly and there is no service provider.

Product working and everything is ok , but cleaning it is a very big headache, all parts are very very tight we need to try for sometime long to remove the parts in drum to clean and the 3 filters in the drum they are to be removed and cleaned but the removing that 3 is a very big deal and after cleaning again assemble then is another headache

disgusting product and service
Complete disgusted with the service. Service technician are not attended ,daily they reschedule and tell us to make it rescheduled. And one day they cancelled the service installation
