Won't buy again
Not what I expected from the picture. Disappointed, your better off buying them from a store where you actually see them first and can try them on.

OMG... I love these boots!
I have been looking for a pair of boots for quite sometime now. I thought I wanted a pair of Frye boots, but truth be told, I didn't want to spend that kind of money. After some soul searching I came to the conclusion that what I really wanted was a pair that I would want to be able to throw on with basically anything, but not be upset if something were to happen to them. I had tried on the toast brown and the aged bark in the store. The scalloped edging on the toast bark was more flattering but I loved the aqua edging on the tan jaguar. Unfortunately, those were nowhere to be found locally. I tried on several different brands, including Ariat, but the Justins fit like a glove and were comfortable right off the bat.I didn't notice that the toes were different on the tan jaguar until after I had ordered, but it think I like the square toe better. I wear a 7 1/2 normally (I think, I lost weight and went down 1/2 a size but I also wear a 7 1/2 in Nike which tend to run 1/2 a size small). My left boot did rub against my toe at first but I took the removable foot bed out and reinserted it. That seemed to do the trick. Was a little bummed these aren't made in the USA since Justin's website prides itself on that, but I think they only make their top of the line boots here. Furthermore, many other boot companies do the same thing. Needless to say, I still love these boots. I'm so happy to have found a pair I can wear with shorts, jeans, and dresses. I'm 38 years old and I don't think these are too "young." Amazon saved me $30 off retail. My husband was so thrilled with the price of these vs Frye boots that I don't think he noticed that I bought a different pair of boots to wear on more dressier occasions. Win-Win over here.

Beautiful but too big
I usually wear an 8 but sized down given that leather stretches. So I got a 7.5. Too big. Nothing major but some super thick socks will be needed. So take that into consideration hen ordering. Beautiful boots though.

Make some changes Justin Boots.
NOTE WORTHY COMPLAINT: These boots came with a lovely little note, by lovely I mean not lovely, more disappointing at the least. It's about California Proposition 65. "WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm." So that is a bummer. Here's a site from Justin Boots regarding the concern([...] It's cute how they say, "While we believe our products are not harmful when used as designed (that means wear your boots, don’t eat or lick them!), we provide the warning as a result of the California law." How clever...Don't eat the boots duh. It's like they are shrugging off the use of toxic chemicals used to make their products. But it's a bigger concern of not the actual boots housing the chemicals, its the fact that harmful chemicals are even used to make some boots! It doesn't seem to be worth it at all. The cuteness of these boots don't outweigh the fact of you know these boots being created with chemicals that cause birth defects and such. Birth defects and reproductive harm...not so cute. Read between the lines people and think about what your money is supporting. I wouldn't have bought these boots have I known that. Depending on the brand of shoes, I can wear from a 7.5 to an 8.5, usually I'm an 8.5. I measured and followed the Justin boots size advice on there site and went with an 8. I was nervous about the sizing but leather breaks in when you wear them, so I ordered half a size down then my usual and that was a good move. I didn't even really need to break them in, the leather is thin, I'm going to have to waterproof them with beeswax since I live in Washington and the outside has a suede feel. I like how these boots were simple, high on the calf boots made with real leather...yet ironically, made with chemicals? That I'm really not a fan of. The heel is a good height. I have a toddler and as much as I'd love to trot around all day looking fab with a 2 or 3 inch heel, I'd rather not break an ankle in the midst of one of my sons full blown temper tantrums. I wish they didn't have to uses nasty chemicals to make good boots. Justin Boots should make some changes with their manufacturing if they have to put such a warning label on their products. I wanted to give these a 5 star, but I don't respect disregarding the overall health and environment my son will be left with, for a pair of boots. It's selfishness at it's finest, but that's just my opinion.

Awesome!
I purchased these boots for riding my motorcycle. I love them. They look terrific with jeans and were broken in after 2 days. I now wear them for not only riding but for just kicking around. Very comfortable and they look great too.
