Really worked well. The brick patio sheds dirt and looks good after a year+ of rain and snow.

I purchased this product on May 20, 2025 and applied it to my stone patio and walkway in June of 2025. On a warm sunny day I applied the first coat and let dry. Later that day, I paled a second coat and it looked great, just what I wanted. Now in August 2025, the walkway started turning cloudy white over the entire surface, and looked awful. I started to use a high pressure washer to try and remove this mess, as this stone cost over 4k to place down 3 years ago. Some of the white coating was removed after 5 pressure treatments to the bare stone. Now I have big spots not removing the cloudy white mess. Defective product do not purchase. The company did refund the full amount of cost back to 4 stars

excellent product.... easily applied with electric sprayer or pump sprayer....goes on a white/blue color so you know exactly where and how much you applied.... dries clear with a nice sheen... I applied on very porous pavers ,,,so I used 4 coats,,,,nice gloss

Although this product works it is misrepresented and a bit of a rip-off. This is sold as a 5 gallon bucket of usable product there is no more than 4 gallons in this bucket. You can tell immediately when you lift the bucket it is underfilled compared to all the other five gallons I have. On opening it is down easily 1 gallon. There is disclaimer on the label that says the product May settle on shipping. What type of liquid settles to a smaller volume this is ridiculous and a complete scam. The price for the product is probably on par ounce per ounce of actual product with more expensive products on the market so you buy a thinking you are getting a deal at 150 bucks instead of $200 but there's really no bargain here. Buyer beware. The product Foams when shaking so I suspect they fill it with 4 gallons of liquid and 1 gallon of foam that settles to basically 4 gallons of liquid by time you get it. Deceptive sales practice

I bought this specifically because it was advertised as having a wet look. I followed the instructions applied during mild temps - no rain after for days- there wasn’t a wet look as advertised and within 2 days I couldn’t see any difference with before or after
