MADE IN "CHINA," not in the advertisement anywhere! USMC combat knife NOT MADE IN "USA!"
I'm a retired Marine grunt combat veteran and so is my little brother who is also a "Wounded Warrior." This knife was supposed to be a gift for him. The knife arrived ahead of schedule but unexpectedly...and not in the mailbox as stated by Amazon but instead dropped in my apartment building's courtyard...I was home...The courier should have used the buzzer so I could let him in and properly deliver to my door! I have no problem with the knife and scabbard EXCEPT it has "USMC" Stamped on one side of the blade below the guard, and the other side of the blade it says "CHINA"!!! The advertisement has plenty of photos of only one side, but the CHINA side is conveniently "ABSENT!"

Fake Chinese trash
It's falsely advertised as an "Official USMC M9 bayonet", it's not, it's cheap quality and doesn't meet the specs to fit on a standard bayonet lug. Avoid being scammed.

Does not fit basic muzzle brake
Cool knife and good replication of old military bayonets, but it does not fit a basic A2 muzzle brake (like on M16/M4).
