Sol Living Rectangular Yoga Bolster Meditation Pillow, Extra Firm Cotton

I have two yoga bolsters; both of which I enjoy using for different reasons. This one is longer, wider, thicker and firmer than my other bolster. It is comfortable, solid, and great for my restorative poses. It is heavier in weight, than my other bolster, and is similar to what I have found used at professional yoga studios. Due to it's weight, I do not carry it back and forth to my yoga class. I use it for my home yoga practice. It is absolutely essential support for those days when my shoulders and back muscles are tight and need to be stretched out. It is great for shoulder support poses, forward twists and backward bends. I love to use it in the relaxed state of Savasana particularly when I prop it up and used it in combination with yoga blocks. FYI - it did not require any airing out and did not have any offensive odors when it first arrived; so you can use it immediately. This is a great heavy weight and solid yoga bolster!

This is just the right size and feels soft enough to where it’s not hurting you during use, but firm enough to where it will maintain its shape and supports your body. The fabric will be easy enough to vacuum if you have fur babies like I do. It is as pictured. I love the handles to lug it around. This is exactly what I wanted for yin yoga. I am glad i shopped around and landed on this product.

I bought this to support my trauma-sensitive yoga practice. I bought this because of how heavy it was advertised and I needed something heavy to lay beside me while sleeping to create a sense of safety, and also something that wouldn’t shift during stretching. This item is incredibly well-made—the material is high quality, and it’s very firm and supportive. The fabric is coarse, so if you have sensitivities to rough textures, you may want to consider adding your own cover or looking for a softer option. Personally, it was well worth the money I spent. I haven’t tried washing it yet, so not sure on how easy it is to remove the cover.

This is well made, sturdy and not soft like a pillow. My only complaint is that the cover itself is made of a material that attracts small particles to latch on .. like lint. It is something I noticed and it seems I need a lint remover. Other than that, it does the job.

Highly recommend! The color is vibrant, it is well made, exactly what I was looking for. PLUS excellent customer service! There was a shipping force majeure, I reached out to them and received a response immediately and they fixed everything. Very positive experience.

I love this bolster. It arrived earlier than expected. The bolster cover is well constructed with strong seams and a strong strap. The fill is dense, supporting my back and legs during yoga and in recovery after a session. I would definitely recommend this bolster.

Larger than the ones in the yoga studios but a very good very sturdy bolster

If you’re tall like me 5’10 and looking for a bolster cushion for tall people get this one. This was recommended to me by my yoga instructor.

The quality of this product is nice but the color is a dark green and I bought this specifically because I loved the lime green. Also 20 centimeters is just under 8 inches and the measurement is 5.5 inches deep. Smaller than advertised.
