So good oats, high quality best taste and high quantity of protein. Good breakfast choice as it is high in fibre and sugar free.

It has more protein than other brands, 24 grams per serving which is pretty decent. The ingredients are clean and nutritious. It is an ideal for breakfast and it keeps me full for longer period. It's very easy to make, if you want you can add extra nuts and fruits. Definitely value for money!

Don’t buy these oats, I found a stone in it while I was eating this morning and almost broke my teeth. You will get much better quality oats in the market which are priced much lesser than this. Don’t fall for false marketing.
