It does filter the water as advertised, but it doesn’t provide the same results as a traditional salt-based water softener. I didn't see much of a difference with my skin after using this.

Something happens to water pressure and it goes drastically low. So annoying and it get either extremely cold or hot. Very disappointing as we couldnt even see any difference yet as it has only been a month and a half!

So excited. Just arrived. Pretty easy to install. No tools required. I’ll update and let you know in a few months how it’s going. But first impression is great First Update - a few days into using it. The water pressure coming out of my faucet is amazing. I couldn’t get that type of pressure before. So far so good.

purchased November 2023. made it almost 3 years back on Amazon to order it again. The little piece that attaches to the part under the faucet just literally chipped off (part that connects to the filter attachment)... bummer! I do love my filter though!

Good quality just a little too bulky for me , it is easy to move around and change the filter
