Won't charge
Battery won't charge and I've only had the ratchet for 6 month. No clear way to make a warranty claim.

Reliability
I liked the reliability of the tool, ive put it to work and has not failed me. The material is rugged, the battery has a good charge lasts me maybe 4 hrs in use. The price is excellent. Would buy again.
