Method of usage makes a lot of difference.
In office, in the morning itself I put it in a 500ml thermosteel (milton) hot water for 2 hrs. Consume the 1st Cup and leave the bag in it and consume the 2nd cup in the evening.. This way You get the best results. If the tea gets colder, use Microwave to heat it.. You may add panchtulsi in it.. See the difference in 6 months.
