The best skin care set

I LOVE this product! This is my 4th time buying this bundle of 1.02 oz Vit C Serum AND the 1.02 oz Daily Protective SPF 30 with a lovely large tote bag. HOWEVER this time I received a1.02 oz Daily Protective SPF 30 but only a 15 ml Vit C Serum in a small cosmetics bag. I am not mad about the small bag-it is cute!, but why the switch from 1.02 oz to 15ml for the Vit C?

I really love this product doesn't bother my skin and smells really good also I enjoy the tote bag.
