It’s great and it has to tasteless so it mix well in all of your drinks

I decided to try a collagen peptide into my routine. Mainly because at 54, my skin was looking dull, and my hair looked a little thinner on top. I've been using this for about 2 months. In that 2 months, I've drank it in my coffee each morning (it's totally flavorless) but does need to dissolve in something warm.
