I have always been a SONY TV user and wouldn't change the brand, I must admit, that I was shocked when my 9 year old TV gave out. I quickly received my new one from Amazon. The clarity is great!

Great picture. Easy to install and setup. Only complaint is the remote control. Buttons are too small. I had to buy a replacement which had numbers and much bigger buttons. Station channels are very small at the bottom of the screen.

Omg this tv is awesome!! Doesn’t have its own app but I can control my tv somehow with the Apple Remote on my iPhone and it works somewhat. The picture quality and sound are perfect I game with it on my ps5 and watch movies. Wasn’t too heavy so you can mount it if you like, I just keep it on my dresser for now ha. Easy to use and set up it’s cool features like it’s WiFi to watch movies do not need Apple Tv or Roku as it’s home has its own apps which is cool can save some hdmi space for more games or what not

This Sony TV is wonderful! The image quality is amazing, the colors are vibrant and the details are sharp. The contrast is perfect, even in dark scenes. Ideal for watching movies in 4K, the experience is like being in the cinema.

Set-up via g-mail was very complicated - we never could facilitate successful log-in with g-mail account (to enable connection / Google streaming, etc so we were dead in water. We realized later that "somehow" an old (defunct) email address that appeared (from old Amazon email account?) - BUT we could not override it with the new dedicated Gmail address...after many attempts. OY! Sony tech support NOT helpful - he sounded like he was also helping someone else simultaneously so he merely walked us thru the steps we'd already tried to no avail. This happened twice - no help whatsoever from Sony. And as usual these days, both tech support people were hard to understand, so it was a no-go. We tried several times...and because we did not have a smart phone (we were linking to new gmail acct thru our iMac close by) but that didn't work. : ( : ( So maybe - it's best not to buy a "smart" WiFi TV if you don't have smart phone or tablet?On upside - image gorgeous (as is our current smaller Sony Bravia). So far, I like this tv a lot. I appreciated the free setup service that Amazon offered with the tv. My one negative feedback is about the digital setup to get it connected to wifi and my google account. That was a bit too much effort. Otherwise, it's a nice tv.
