I was very disappointed with how this product arrived. The box was torn and taped shut, which immediately raised red flags. When I opened it, the tamper seals on the bottles were already broken, and both bottles were only about half full. It looks as though the product had been used before being sent to me. Given the price and what the listing promised, this was completely unacceptable. I wasn’t able to use it at all because of the condition it arrived in.

The product was as advertised. I am using this post HT procedure. There was a delay of delivery which was not in control of the seller. the seller had a customer service approach and remedied the problem.
