Excellent value for money massager

Initially I thought this was a great item, everything was working well & it was really helping with my neck pain but sat down to use it tonight because I'm achy & it's completely dead. I'm so disappointed. I've only used it 4 times!

this has saved me many times! ive had since the beginning of december 2024, its now 2nd of feb 2025 and although it aint been long, it still works perfectly. the massage works great, you’ve just got to position yourself in the way you want to get it perfectly. which can be a bit hard sometimes but its worth the effort! i’ve even massaged my lower back with this and its helped lol. the massager is a tad heavy but it helps with the positioning if im gonna be honest. you can pull the straps easily. the heat setting works nicely. i always have it on when i use it, its great. all in all, i would 100% recommend this massager. good value for money.

Great massager. You can make it as strong or limited as you like by pulling taught on the loops or for a more gentle message position where you want it, pop a pillow behind the massager and lean into the pillow without holding the loops.

The product is good but there is no heat in the massager the heat option is useless

This massager feels heavy at first but it is effective at getting to the knots in neck and back muscles. The heat option is also helpful. I have a stiff neck but use of this made it easier for me to turn my head. At Black Friday price I am very happy with it.

This Nekteck Shiatsu Massager is very poor. They obviously do not know that Shiatsu means "finger pressure". Almost impossible to get placed correctly due to it's size, weight and bulky tails. Once in place it cannot be held there and in general placement is totally wrong. Large massaging nodules have no give. Their solid nature combined with a motor that is relentless causes more pain than relief. I imagine it could cause a lot of damage. For now I've consigned it to a cupboard and may try again, but not in the near future. It will likely get thrown out in my next cleaning purge.

Ottimo, ce l’ho da un anno quasi. Funziona solo attaccato alla corrente, fa una pausa di qualche secondo tra il senso di rotazione ad un altro, infatti quando si ferma ti chiedi “che succede?” 😄 Scalda bene (non scotta, ma diventa bello caldo) e in poco tempo. Si può scegliere la velocità della rotazione e così facendo può risultare più delicato! Anche per mani e piedi è piacevole. Piace anche alla mia bambina! Ne acquisto un altro per mia sorella! Consiglio assolutamente l’acquisto.

Stopped working within a few days of use. When it was working it was amazing, really felt like an actual proper massage. But after just a few days of being used for 15-30 mins a day the massager has just stopped working. Very disappointed that it stopped working because initially I thought it was a truly amazing product.

It is good but somewhat difficult to access the power buttons. The straps should be adjustable ones. Can add some buckles to fix it at a particular position. When using for middle back, the hands should be straight, however, now needs to pull the straps which makes the shoulder blades to be in a raised position. Otherwise, the product is excellent and very good for massage, especially, those working on laptops.
