Does the handle come off for easy storage in the trunk?

The handle screws on. It could come off pretty easily for you to travel with. Or, with one of my younger ones I used a wing nut to screw the handle on-it was very easy to take on and off!

Is there anyway to make the wheels quiet?? They are SO loud

Can I change this plastic wheels for rubber wheels?

I went to my local bike shop and asked for tires they are tossing. They gave me 3 for free and I glued them and screwed them to the wheels. They are much quieter now.
