Positively Probiotic Dahi | Heirloom Thermophilic Yogurt Starter Culture | 2 pack

This yogurt is really tasty. It’s not too sour, just good! This is my second time purchasing this culture from this seller. When I ordered last year for the first time, something happened and my order got lost. When I contacted this seller, they took care of the problem very nicely. I will buy yogurt culture from this seller again.

This culture is miss labeled. It does not make Dahi (Indian yogurt). After 12 hours in a warm insulated place the milk did not set. I have been making yogurt for 60 years, I complained and asked for a refund. So far, the company has made no effort to refund my money.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT. My wife and I recently got into Indian cooking and we used Positively Probiotic to make our own Dahi. It's easy to do and tastes delicious. We followed up on that order with Greek Yogurt, and Creme Fraiche starters. I dont think we will ever by premade again!

No instruction on the pouch which is just 3 grams . I don’t know what to say when I tried to set yogurt /dahi( by some how searching on website) . It is not even little sour after 20 hours in yogurt maker. I think any yogurt brand from market if I use for culture is much better than this . Not worth even a single dollar. Such a big big disappointment ....waited for weeks for this thing to come .... want wish I can get my money and effort back ....

First order worked , second order did not, requested a refund.

Viable culture. Tastes right. Yogurt a little stringy but hopefully that will resolve with cycling of the culture.
